Pinnacle inventory, listed on eBay

Sync parts from Pinnacle to eBay so listings, stock, and images stay aligned. Works on its own — WordPress and a Pinnacle account are all you need; the website parts catalogue (WooCommerce) is optional, not a prerequisite. The plugin is a one-off (offline). Maintenance is licence-based and billed here with your other Pinnacle products.

How it works

eBay, Pinnacle, and WordPress are third-party platforms. We connect them. Their outages, policy changes, and fees are outside this subscription.

1. Plugin purchase (offline)

The one-time Pinnacle → eBay Sync plugin cost is agreed and paid separately — not through this website. That fee is the software licence to install it on your WordPress site.

2. We connect Pinnacle and eBay

We install the plugin, connect your Pinnacle and eBay accounts, and set listing, image, and quantity rules you agree in writing. eBay’s own fees and policies stay yours.

3. Licence key

You receive a separate licence key for eBay Sync. Paste it in the plugin’s License screen. The site checks in daily. One key per plugin — WooCommerce and eBay are not interchangeable.

4. Same maintenance subscription

eBay Sync is not a second bill. It is added to the same client subscription. We raise the maintenance amount and the next invoice lists WooCommerce, eBay, and any AI chat that amount covers.

The full setup flow

Add-on under the same client. Separate licence key. One raised maintenance amount.

    You enquire. Works standalone (WordPress + Pinnacle account) or as an add-on if you already have Pinnacle on the website — either way, same client, one subscription.

  2. 02

    eBay Sync plugin fee is quoted and paid offline — not through this website.

  3. 03

    You authorise Pinnacle and eBay access. We install the plugin and set listing, quantity, and image rules you approve in writing.

  4. 04

    You receive a separate licence key (not the WooCommerce key). Paste it on the eBay Sync License screen. Daily check-in is the same pattern as the other plugins.

  5. 05

    We raise the existing maintenance amount. The next payment link and invoice name every product that one total covers (website catalogue, eBay, AI chat as applicable).

  6. 06

    eBay seller fees, promoted listings, Pinnacle fees, and eBay policy remain yours. API outages or eBay account flags are third-party events, not a refund of maintenance.

  7. 07

    If maintenance lapses: the plugin stays installed; we stop updates and support. We do not mass-end your eBay listings. Sync may break when APIs change — that is why maintenance exists. Restarting is a new paid term.

If maintenance is not renewed

The plugin stays installed. Existing listings on eBay are not automatically deleted by us. We stop updates and support. Sync may break when eBay or Pinnacle change their APIs — that is a reason to keep maintenance current. See Terms and Refund Policy.
